Reviews and Ratings
The hotel provided beautiful towels and extremely nice toiletries which were a great touch. The breakfast served at 4 o'clock in the morning was exceptional, showing the multi chains a thing or two. Although the rooms seemed slightly damp, they were clean and tidy, perfect for a short stay. However, they could have been a bit warmer for added comfort.
The hotel is like stepping into a lovely old building with quirky rooms that, despite needing a renovation, have a cozy underfloor heating system making them ample in size. The service, while lacking in staff, remained in good humor and accommodating. The location is strategically near the airport, just off the M48, yet peaceful. The dining experience, although included in the price, had its downsides, and the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel is like some lovely old building with quirky rooms. The location is brilliant and offers easy transfer to the airport. However, it would be too quiet with not a lot around in terms of shops or restaurants. The service worked hard to ensure a high standard, and the staff were lovely and well-informed. The dining experience had some limitations due to current guidelines but was decent overall.
